Veterinarian check

Prior to traveling abroad, your pet is likely to require a vets appointment.

Do I need to speak to a Vet before flying my pet abroad?

It always pays to speak to a vet as they can advise on what’s needed for your pet. They can contact DEFRA on your behalf regarding the requirements needed for certain countries, and can then arrange the necessary arrangements for vaccinations or blood tests to be completed before your pet's flight. If unsure, you can always speak to FlyPets for advice on what’s needed and what veterinary arrangements need to be made before your pet can fly abroad.
